Refund Policy

Digital downloads, guides, planners, templates, eBooks, color palettes, and other downloadable products are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
Consultations, strategy sessions, and other design services are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy outlined below.
Online courses purchased directly through Welsh Design Studio are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@welshdesignstudio.com.
Consultations and Design Sessions
Design consultations, strategy sessions, and other scheduled appointments may be rescheduled if needed. If you need to change your appointment time, please provide as much notice as possible.
If you decide to cancel your appointment before the scheduled session takes place, you may request a full refund by contacting info@welshdesignstudio.com.
Once a consultation, strategy session, or design session has been completed, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
If Welsh Design Studio must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be offered a new appointment time or a full refund.
Digital Products
All digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal projects. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, sublicense, publish, modify for resale, or otherwise make the materials available to any third party.
Online Courses
Online courses purchased through Welsh Design Studio are delivered through Teachable, our third-party course hosting platform. Upon purchase, you will receive access instructions via email.
Access to course materials is intended solely for the purchaser and may not be shared, distributed, or transferred to others.
